1. How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping within Unites States, Canada and Australia. However, for addresses that are classified as “Remote Area” by DHL , an extra fee is chargeable.
2. How long before I receive my artwork?
Our artists need approximately 2 to 3 weeks to complete and deliver your artwork. Need it sooner? Contact Us to receive a quote along with timeline
3. How long would it take to deliver?
Artworks are delivered in 3 to 4 business days. We ship either by FedEx or DHL.
4. Where are you based?
We are co-located in USA, Philippines, China and India.
5. Can you work from a paper photograph?
Yes! You may scan and e-mail them to [email protected]
6. Can you add a different background?
Yes, simply let us know the kind of background you would like included by entering your request in the comments section while ordering or let us know by email.
7. Can you leave out people in the background?
We can certainly leave out people that you would like eliminated from the background. Simply fill in the comments section while ordering or let us know by email and we will take care of your request.
8. Do you send a proof?
Yes, once the artist completes your portrait, you will receive a proof by email. We will ship it only after you are completely satisfied with the outcome
9. Do you offer framing?
Though we do not framing services at this time we are contenplating offering framing in the near future.
10. Do you accept PayPal or Credit Card payments?
Yes, accept payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards and PayPal.
11. Where are the artists based?
Our team of artists is based in China and Philippines. Each artist is picked and chosen before including in the team and a few have decades of experience.
12. I have an upcoming event. Can you deliver artworks by a specified date?
Please notify us regarding your deadline so that we can accommodate your request! We will work diligently to ensure that your portrait is created with the utmost quality and delivered before your specified date.
12. What if I want to cancel the order?
If we have not started working on your order, then we will process a 100% refund for you. However, if our artists have already started working on your order, then the order does not qualify for a refund. Where possible we will work up a partial refund for you. However, please note that a minimum 50% cancellation fee would be applicable.
13. Are any customs import duty applicable?
On arrival at the destination country, Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / VAT / Other applicable government taxes may arise. The charges vary as per prevailing rules of different countries depending on the product, its order value, and end-use. It is solely at the discretion of the duty officer. We do not charge our customers any duty/taxes in advance. Should any such duty/taxes be applicable for your shipment, the respective courier company will directly contact you with the required information. On receiving such information, you will have to pay the duty/taxes amount to the concerned courier company.
